Who can see my tribute?

Once approved, your tribute will appear publicly on the UHNM Charity Memory Wall.

When will my tribute appear?

Our team reviews each submission before it appears on the Memory Wall. Please allow up to 3 working days.

How will my donation help?

Your donation will support patients, families and staff across Royal Stoke University Hospital and County Hospital, Stafford.

Do I have to make a donation?

No. You can share a tribute with or without making a donation.

Can I change or remove my tribute?

Yes. Contact the UHNM Charity team with the details of the tribute you would like us to update or remove.

Can I add a photo to my tribute?

Yes. You can upload an optional photograph when completing the tribute form.
