Losing someone we love is never easy. Creating a tribute is a meaningful way to celebrate their life, share special memories and support the care and treatment provided by UHNM.

Remember someone special by sharing the moments that made them who they were. Whether it’s a favourite story, a photograph or a few heartfelt words, your tribute is a place to celebrate their life and what they mean to you.

You’re welcome to leave a tribute with or without a donation. If you choose to give in their memory, your gift will help support patients and families at Royal Stoke University Hospital and County Hospital, Stafford.
