More than 40 fundraisers are taking on this year’s Potters ’Arf on Sunday 4 October 2026 in support of UHNM Charity, and we’re cheering on every one of them!
Our team is putting time and energy into preparing for the challenge, raising funds to support UHNM Charity’s work to make a difference for patients, their families and staff at University Hospitals of North Midlands.
Taking on the challenge
Starting and finishing in Hanley city centre, the 13.1-mile route takes runners through Stoke-on-Trent, with challenging climbs on Anchor Road and Milton Road testing their determination along the way.
It’s a demanding course, and getting to the start line takes commitment. From fitting training around work and family life to encouraging friends and colleagues to donate, there’s plenty of effort behind every fundraiser’s journey.
Each member of our team has their own motivation for taking part. Together, they represent a fantastic show of support for our hospitals and the people who rely on them.
