Stephanie Allen and Ryan Harrison have taken UHNM Charity to new heights by completing a skydive.
The pair touched down safely at Tilstock Airfield in Shropshire and have so far raised over £1,200 for our Children’s Intensive Care Unit.
The jump was in memory of Harper-Lee Fanthorpe who tragically passed away earlier in the year from swallowing a button battery.
Stephanie, who had never been on a plane until the jump said: “The jump was to raise funds for the Children’s Intensive Care Unit at Royal Stoke and also awareness of the dangers of button batteries. If we can help just one other person then we’d done what we set out to do.”
“Skydiving is a very surreal and an unimaginable experience- I’d definitely recommend it to anybody who has it on their bucket list and would do it a thousand times over.”
“This charity means so much to Harper-Lee’s family and we want to thank everybody who has donated so far.”
