Throughout June pupils from Walton Priory Middle School in Stone have been taking part in their own Olympic triathlon to fundraise for UHNM Charity.
The triathlon consists of a 7km cycle, 5km run and ‘lots and lots’ of swimming.
Parent Samantha Owen said: “The triathlon is helping us to raise awareness of charitable thinking at a young age. Every one of the pupils taking part has some link to UHNM, be it they were born there, have a family member who received care there or even been in A&E themselves. So UHNM Charity was the perfect charity for us.”
Pupil Ruben Fox added: "It's been loads of fun and I've enjoyed spending time with my friends."
