With just one month to go until the iconic London Landmarks Half Marathon, UHNM Charity is rallying the community to support its incredible team of 22 runners who will be taking to the capital’s streets on Sunday, 12th April 2026 .
The team, made up of dedicated staff, supporters, and fundraisers, will tackle the 13.1-mile course through the heart of London, passing world-famous landmarks such as Big Ben, St Paul‘s Cathedral, and the Tower of London. The runners are uniting with a shared goal: to raise vital funds for a variety of incredible causes at the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust (UHNM).
Every pound raised by the team will go directly towards enhancing patient care and experience across both the Royal Stoke University Hospital and County Hospital in Stafford. From funding cutting-edge medical equipment and pioneering research to providing those little extras that make a huge difference to patients and their families during a hospital stay, the efforts of these runners will have a direct and lasting impact on the local community .
As the final countdown to race day begins, the team is busy putting the finishing touches on their training. Their dedication ensures that when they cross the start line on April 12th, they will be ready to represent UHNM Charity with pride.
There is still time for the public to get involved and show their support for our amazing runners.
While the charity places for this year’s event have been filled by our fantastic 22, members of the public can play a crucial role in powering their fundraising efforts.
