Charity head shave for Neonatal Unit and Forget Me Not Suite

Joanna Talbot gave birth to Ethan, full term, with no obvious issues. Until everything changed. A few minutes later her baby became seriously ill and had to be resuscitated and whisked away to the Neonatal Unit at Royal Stoke.

Unfortunately after 13 weeks, Ethan passed away of a rare genetic syndrome.

Joanna said: "After all these years I still remember the care and compassion shown to my whole family by your wonderful staff and so decided it was finally time to give back. "

On Tuesday 15 October to coincide with the national baby loss awareness Joanna is organising a "Wave Of Light at Sylvesters Community Trust (Oxford Road, Fegg Hayes, ST66QP) from 6-8pm.

Joanna is going to be shaving her head to raise money for both the Neonatal Unit and the Forget Me Not Suite at Royal Stoke.
